Entourage Print PDF attachment problem

In the print menu, the PDF drop down, the mail PDF opens "Mail" instead of a new Entourage message. How can this option be modified or a new option added to create the message in Entourage with the calendar view as an attachment?

Do you have Mail set as the default mail client for OS X? You can look in Mail's preferences to set your default mail client to Entourage.

Yes. I went to Mail and set reader under general preferences to Entourage. The preferences in Entourage have a button that sets Entourage as the default as well. I don't think this is the solution. I have looked at the Automate actions and they all refer to "Mail" as in OS Mail. No option for Entourage.
