The Drive in my white Macbook Can't read CD's anymore, so I'm trying to install XP from an external drive.

When I press the startbutton in Bootcamp, it doesn't starts the installingprocess. The Macbook just restarts, and when the grey screen with the apple appears, it freezes.

I'm using an USB-connection.

Should I use a Firewire-connnection, or is it just impossible to do ??

Can anyone help ??
