Please help

I made the worst mistake, I attempted bootcamp as a novice. I know, moron. My problem is, is that I ran through the bootcamp, and I deleted all partitions and (real smart) and now All I can run is windows xp. :(. Please help.

If you deleted the partition with Mac OS X on it, then you have one and only one option: reinstall Mac OS X from the CDs/DVDs.
