Google going after Exchange

After I read the article Google unveils plug-in to marry Outlook, Gmail (http://www.macworld.com/article/141074/2009/06/google_outlook_gmail.html) the first thought to me is Google is going after Exchange users, especially for small business. Plus here is the Google enterprise Blog spot (http://googleenterprise.blogspot.com/2009/06/use-microsoft-outlook-with-google-apps.html) with video explaining the service.
