Palm to iPod Touch

My Palm device (Zire 31) is out of order. I buy a iPod Touch. How can I transfer information (calendar, contacts, notes) from Palm desktop to my new iPod?

You need to bring that information into Address Book and iCal, since the iPod syncs to those. Does the Palm Desktop application allow you to export information in a useable way?
