I need to download CoolTypeCarbonLib for Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 on my Mac OS9.2.2. I am having difficulty in finding the correct download. Please advise.

What you need is to install Adobe Reader 5.05. It will have the file you need.
First trash the version you have. Then download 5.05 from here:

http://www.oldversion.com/Acrobat_Reader.html

Scroll down for the list of the old version.
Once installed, you should be fine.
