Those instructions would only apply if you have 10.5 (Leopard) or higher. The Leopard installer DVD has the Windows drivers, but the 10.4.x installer disk does not.
Did you use Boot Camp to help you install Windows, or did you use some other software, such as Parallels. Please post some details about how you installed Windows, please.
Please tell us which Mac model you have?

Boot Camp will NOT work under 10.4.x anymore. That was a beta plan that expired when Leopard (10.5.x) came out. Like DeltaMac said your only chance with a 10.4.11 Intel Mac are either VMWare's Mac Fusion (http://www.vmware.com/products/fusion/) or Parallels (http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/).

Here's a link, one of those downloads should be good to get the Win setup file for the drivers install.

Just curious - what software did you use to get Windows installed on your Mac, if not Boot Camp?

How did you get it to work - it expired nearly 2 years ago?
If you do have that working, just run the Boot Camp software again. The beta gave you a choice to burn the driver CD that you need to use....
The insanelymac link would give you updated drivers, so I would suggest going for that.
