Special Permissions to an object

I have the following configuration:

A Directory, named "DATA"

Now I want to give the following permissions to this folder:

1. group named "Production" should have read+write

2. group named "Administration" should have only read.


I don't want to use the "World" flag. Is there a different way to solve my problem?

Have you tried simply ?I ?
I mean when you highlight a Folder and call the Informations, you -as Admin- can set many permissions for this Folder throught the ?I.
Please for security try it first on a Test-Folder and then make the same for your "DATA-Folder"

Yes, but this doesn't solve this problem. because there are many users in my workgroup. I couldn't set the owner as a group.
