Is there an App

Is there an app that makes talking on the phone louder? In some places, its really hard to hear what people are saying, and my volume is all the way up. I can't really think of any application that would make it possible, but i figured it was worth a shot.

Since it would require to be system-wide (a downloaded app can't adjust volume for other apps), I'd say no. A hack, maybe, but I doubt such a thing would work, it's basically the volume of the tweeter that's the problem in very loud environments. An in-ear piece would probably work, since they make outside noises vanish.

I guess in loud places thats why there are headphones and bluetooth it.
