I'm building a new site for a client using the WordPress(.org) framework. They have an existing site created with ArticleLive, the Interspire CMS.
The current site has about 200 articles in place. I don't fancy tediously transferring them through the WP admin interface, so I'm looking for a more intelligent solution.
I'd like to create a script that transfers the articles from one DB to the other, matching the relevant fields and dropping content no longer required.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a tutorial, or similar?
