how can i set my e-mail from airport to dsl ?

Go to the Network pane of System Preferences, click the Action (gear) menu in the lower left, and choose Set Service Order. Make sure Ethernet is higher on the list than AirPort. Then, when you're directly connected to your DSL modem (or router) by Ethernet, that protocol will take priority over AirPort.
