Ok, I'm installing Boot Camp on my MacBook, I get to Step 3 in the instructional pdf:
"Step 3:
(snip)
[I]To install the Boot Camp drivers:
1 Eject the Windows installation disc.
a) Go to My Computer.
b) Select the optical drive (D:).
c) Click “Eject this disk” in the System Tasks list.
2 Insert the Mac OS X disc.
The installer should start automatically. If you have AutoRun turned off, double-click the setup.exe file to start installing the drivers.
3 Follow the onscreen instructions.
If a message appears that says the software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing, click Continue Anyway.

I have autorun off, so I double-clicked the setup.exe file, a window appears titled: "Windows Installer Installation Wrapper", then almost immediately another window with the same title appears on top saying "This package requires a newer version of the Windows Installer. Do you want to update the version of the Windows Installer on your system?" (Yes or No) I click yes, the window closes and another appears (same title as the others) with an exclamation symbol and; "The requested resource 'UPDATE' is missing".

Then that all the windows close. What do I do?

You probably don't have XP service Pack 2. If you can't get a valid copy of WinXP SP2, check out this macosxhints forum thread (http://forums.macosxhints.com/showthread.php?t=76732) for other options.
