my iphone wont give me any service as i have tryed to use my pay an go sim on o2

Okay..
Was that phone with an O2 contract initially? Does it give you service when you use it with the sim it was provided with?

The O2 Sim needs to be an O2 3G Sim - Not an iPhone specific sim, as they will like to tell you.

Worse comes to worst... (unlock :P)

Apple make all iPhones :P
