A-list question

I would like to know if anyone knows how often I can change the people on my A-list (the new AT&T feature with the 900+ minute plans).

From AT&T's wireless site, it says you can change them as often as you want:
Update your list online as often as you want, right from your
myWireless Accounthttp://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-service/cell-phone-sales/promotion/a-list.jsp

However, in the FAQ section, it says that changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect:
Question:
How long does it take for a new number to become active on my A-List?
Answer:
Numbers added to your A-List will be active in approximately 24 hours.

Once the number is active you can change the Name/Nickname at any time and the number will remain active (only the Name/Nickname is pending a change). You will be able to manage any number on your A-List that is not in a pending status.
