Charging iPhone battery??

Greetings,

When one charges one's iPhone battery, be it via A/C or PC USB port, should one keep an eye on the % indicator and stop charging when it reaches 100% or soon thereafter? Does it hurt or degrade the battery's performance when the iPhone is left charging after the battery has reached it's capacity?

Won't hurt a bit. That being said, I would not leave it charging longer than 24 hours. Also good to run it down to -0- every month or so.

Not at-all, It won't 'overcharge'. I leave my 3Gs on all night all the time - absolutely fine.
