Wow! I guess the Verizon (sorry people overseas & Canucks) in the USA wants to nickel & dime customers to the big bank. This is their SOP and all the iPhone users screaming for them better be prepared for Verizon when they really want to use their iPhone. So be careful to what you wish for iPhone users (said as a former Verizon customer feed up with them)! ;)
