Hi,
Does anyone know if I can play D2 in my os x or do I have to get os 9 in order to play D2. Thanx!

the answer to your question is yes.
you could also just log onto battle.net and it would automatically patch it for you...

Diablo II runs super crummy in X on all of my machines. Given, X runs super crummy in general on my 400 Mhz tower, but I am kind of disappointed that the 12" Powerbook is formatted X boot only and Diablo runs so badly. :(

When the freak is Diablo III coming out anyway? Warcraft III, now that runs like MAGIC in X. :)

Have you tried software rendering? It seems that OpenGL doesn't do the 2d thing that D2 uses too well.

Once again, a patch is supposed to come out to fix all this. But that patch has been "comming out next week" for about a year now:p.
