Guys need help
when it comes to macs i,am a complete dummy
i have got an ibook g3 when i move the screen sometimes the back light goes out, my question is, is it the back light or the inverter , if its the back light is it easy to change the same goes for the inverter

Could be either the backlight or inverter. Both are pretty difficult even for someone like me that works on Apple laptops professionally and on a daily basis to replace in an ibook. Before you can even remove the screen to change either of these you need to remove the keyboard, bottom case, top case, bottom shield and top shield before you can even un-route any of the cables to remove the screen.
