anyone know were the bluetooth module installs in a eMac USB 2.0?

The bluetooth module mounts on the logic board, right next to the dialup modem. That module has a connector on the logic board, and then is attached to the logic board with 2 tiny screws. The bluetooth antenna wire attaches to the module, and the actual bluetooth antenna is taped to an area underneath the left speaker.

No, you don't need to remove the logic board. All you need is to get access to the logic board. That means removing the rear case, then taking off the curved metal cover. The area on the logic board inboard of the I/O ports is where you will look. There's metal screw bosses for two boards. Closest to the I/O ports is for the modem (if installed), and inboard of that is where the bluetooth card will install.

That's why I mentioned the antenna.
If the eMac didn't come with Bluetooth installed, the antenna won't be installed, either.

does the 1GHz education model eMac USB 2.0 even have the bluetooth ability? according to that website the module only works on the 1.25GHz model.

Two ways to find out for sure:

You can open up your eMac, and look at the logic board.

OR, it's easier to check the System Profiler. There were 5 different eMac model names, but only two Model Identifiers over the eMac history.
PowerMac4,4 - internal bluetooth not possible (and slow USB 1.1 bus)
PowerMac6,4 - bluetooth provision exists (and hi-speed USB 2 bus)

Your USB 2.0 model (which should show PowerMac6,4) was either 1 GHz or 1.25 GHz. The only difference is the processor speed.

the Utilities Folder and the Profiler both have Bluetooth Listed but Profiler says no bluetooth preasent

Is the bluetooth card installed, or not?

If there's no bluetooth module installed, then that's what you will expect. (No hardware found, or something similar.)
Your eMac can't find hardware that's not installed.
If you think the bluetooth is already installed, but the system does not see it, then you have to open up your eMac, and look to see if the card is actually in place. If there's a card there, then you should reseat it on the logic board. If you have already tried that, then perhaps the card is no good.

it does say PowerMac6,4 even though i have no idea what that means and whys it say PowerMac when its a eMac?

PowerMac6,4 is the Model Identifier. It tells anyone who wants to know, exactly which Mac you have. The word part of that identifier varies: An iMac might be identified as PowerMac, or iMac
The oldest iMacs (tray-load CD) are iMac,1
slot load iMac G3 are PowerMac2,1
goes up to iMac G5 are PowerMac8,1 - up to PowerMac12,1
The next model is the first intel iMac, which is (again) iMac4,1 (there was no iMac2 or iMac3, AFAIK)
The intel iMacs are now at iMac12,2

that code is more related to the processor, and not just the external model.
Laptops are not too hard to figure out. The desktops are not so simple. A mini, a tower, an eMac, or an iMac might all be called a PowerMac at some point - it's just a system identification. You'll have to ask someone in engineering at Apple why they use the system names that way, I can't explain it....
In the case of your eMac, that PowerMac6,4 tells me what generation it is, and that it has USB 2.0 ports, but not the specific model.
and, more important for your question, it tells me that it will have a place to install a Bluetooth board, if you want to. The older eMac (PowerMac4,4) cannot do internal BT.

The Bluetooth card that I linked to, is actually the third (or maybe fourth) version of that card, and not the original part number used originally in the eMac - so that one would be the most capable. I can't tell if there's really a difference, but the part numbers are different, and the important thing - it will plug right in. I doubt that it would be BT 2.0

i use bluetooth to do file transfer to/from my cell phone the fact it takes over 1 hr to transfer 30MB of files (Music) from my computer to my phone on BT 2.0 id hate to see the painstacking speed of BT 1.1

This is NOT as significant as the speed difference between USB 1.1 and USB 2, which is 40x.
Speed difference between BT 1.1 and BT 2.0 is just 2 or 3 times faster.
So, the same transfer that takes maybe 15 seconds on BT 2.0, might take as long as one minute on a 1.1 device.
