CD Players only play "red book" audio which is bascially a bunch of .AIFF's structured in a specific way... with track info etc.

Unless you have some very speciall CD player I don't think it will play and sort of Data CD even if the sound files on them are AIFF's... So that stands true for MP3's WAV's, etc....

Why do you want to convert low quality MP3's back to the higher quality CD format?

I - Car

If you are trying to hear these in your car, you should get something like an iPod... or a car stereo that can play data CD's with MP3's...

(Or you can buy a Mazda Protege 3 MP3. :))

II - Home

If you are trying to play they on a home stereo, just go to Radio Shack to get a cable to connect the mini-plug (http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=CTLG%5F011%5F003%5F001%5F010&product%5Fid=274%2D369) Audio out of your Mac to the dual RCA inputs on your stereo.

If you really really really want to burn MP3's onto an audio CD, iTunes will do that... But you'll have poor sound and only fit the normal 70 minutes of music.

If I'm missing the point entirely you'll have to give us more info on what you are really trying to do. (i.e. I think the CD thing is your proposed solution, but you should tell us what the problem is...)
