Windows 98 and OS X Panther, how do you network them?

Thank you. I've had Panther since January but I haven't figured out how to network the PC with Windows 98 and OS X. Is this possible? I have tried checking everything in the Sharing control panel.

The only one working is the internet sharing where Panther is the server and the PC, the client. We have a Nokia M5122 ADSL Bridge.

Did you turn on windows filesharing and personal filesharing in System Preferences -> Sharing? And did you share folders on your win98 system?
