Controlling iTunes while playing a game

I was just wondering if anyone knows of a program that allows you to control iTunes while your playing a game. I have Synergy (hot keys), but they do not work while I'm playing a game, like Warcraft III.

Any tips?

Do you have a bluetooth cell phone?

sailing clicker could work :-p, but like zammy said you need a bluetooth cell phone.
