I wish I could but thought I would suggest an idea for a project to those that perhaps do know enough ;)
Under OS 9 there was this utility called "Open Using" which acted as the "Send To" option from a right click on a file in windows....
I miss it very, very much .... I hope someone will soon think about such a utility for OS X that would let you control+click a file and have a "Open Using" menu that would let you choose the application right there on the spot to open the file .....
