Has anyone gotten the Myst IV demo to work?

It's on Apple's own site:

But when I double-click the app icon, NOTHING happens, it never even appears in the dock. Anyone else get it to work?

You think that's weird -- your advice worked. I didn'y have firebird, but I tried downloading the demo using an ftp client instead of safari --- and now it works.
