William Shatner has an album out called "Has Been" and it's pretty good.

I didn't know Captain Kirk sang. Come to think of it, this makes some sense of the episode of Futurama with all the Star Trek crew and Kirk was singing 'The real slim shady'.

If you'd watched futurama, you'd know what I mean by singing :D.

I saw him perform one of the songs from the album live on television - i believe it was on the Tonight Show - and it looked like Joe Jackson was doing the actual singing while Shatner did spoken word - the song was called "Common People" and it was pretty cool!

I know he's bad, but is he really as bad as the Leonard Nimoy Hobbit song?

I always thought puncturing Nimoy's eardrums was the more obvious option. ;)

Yeah, i still have it around for shocking die-hard Star Trek and LOTR fans. I almost added it (or a link) to my post, but quickly realised that would be a real quick way to get myself on some ignore lists.
