Automator's "images to PDF" command put the pages out order

Hi,

I'm really new to the Automator experience and I had a question. I set it up to go into a folder, retrieve several image files (that are named generically image 1, image 2...) but when it compressed them into a PDF, all the pages were out of order. After several attempts, I tried just dragging 3 files (image 1, image 2, image 3 in that order) into Automator but it automatically rearranged them out of sequence. I then renamed the files literally 1, 2, 3 and it's still doing it. Any thoughts on that?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

There is a quirk in OSX that items dragged from List View are processed out of order.

Try changing the Finder to Column View then selecting and dragging the files.
