any B5 experts?

Seeing as I'm in the UK, I get Babylon 5 gear a little later than everyone else. i have noticed that in the Stated Babylon 5 The Gathering/In the Beginning has been released on DVD.

Please can anyone tell me if it's the uncut version with the extra scenes (kidnap scene and others)
