Smile hello all

just a quick hello from me.

I'm a recent convert to mac and I'm loving it, got myself a very sexy PowerBook G4.

I've only had one problem so far to do with default apps and I got the answer with 1 search on this forum so thanks very much!

Graeme

Well, welcome to the forum. I'm glad that before asking a simple question, you searched the forum. You're a particularly smart one. We'll probably let you stay.

Enjoy your new 'Book!

Glad to have you here! I just have one suggestion, if you are still a little confused because of the switch, I would strongly suggest the book author David Pogue and his book Mac OS X : The Missing Manual, Tiger Edition. I would guarantee you'll become a intermediate Mac expert after reading it. It is well worth the price (I own one myself).
