OS X.3.9 & Bluetooth Sync

HELP

I'm trying to sync my Motorola RAZR to my deskstop. The D-Link Bluetooth recognizes my phone but the iSync box is NOT highlighted thus i'm unable to sync up. Anybody have any thoughts??? I would appreciate your help.
