Just wondering about power

I was wondering with all the problems I see, hear about over at MacFixIt & Accelerate Your Macintosh, how many of these problems were a root cause of using a different power specs than the US? The different power requirements in different counties might be a factor in Mac problems.

I was wondering if anyone has ever followed country/region trends in Mac problems?
