I think you can get this software from buymusic.com, but you can't download any of the songs to an mp3 player, you can't burn any discs with the songs you've created and you can't play them on your WinTel, but other than that, it's yours.
But seriously, I'm happy to see that peecee folk now have a viable M$ version of SoundTrack.
