    New Thought I'd Say Hi

    Hi,

I just signed up and thought I should say hi. I've been on Mac since 1989. I'm a Graphic Designer/Illustrator since 1984. I'm on the verge of migrating to OS X Tiger from OS 9.2.2. First time I've been this overwhelmed by a system upgrade (the cost of waiting so long I know). I just asked my first question in the OS X forum in anticipation of this. If you have a moment check out my website:

    Thanks

Thanks. Man I wish there had been something like this in the old days. I'm just glad it's here now that I'm a bit tired of search all over the net for answers. I hope I'll be able to help in the future.

Well, places like this did exist, but in the form of bulletin board systems back in the late 80s/early 90s. Once the WWW took off forums started moving from the BBS sites to web sites, and with all the developing technologies (especially the open source stuff) it just got better and more flexible.

…but watch out for the Welsh!
