Exclamation CCPMUG's September To Remember!!

On September 26th, the Center City Philadelphia Macintosh Users Group will be welcoming everyone back from summer with two amazing presentations that you won't want to miss:

Our very own Matt Torbin will be giving a presentation on building your own web site. If you've thought about building your own web site or simply just wanted to know more about how it's done, then this is one presentation you won't want to miss. Techniques using Apple's iWeb, Macromedia's Dreamweaver and Bare Bone's BBEdit will be discussed. Want to know what the pros already know? Come and find out!

Philadelphia Runner will also be stopping by to demonstrate the new Nike + iPod shoes. If you're a runner, then you'll want to be here for this portion of the night as well! This amazing accessory is something that every runner should not be without!

Karelia Software's Sandvox, Bare Bones BBEdit and Yojimbo will be raffled off as well!

The event will be held at the October Gallery in Old City at 6:30 PM. For directions and additional information, please visit the CCPMUG website at http://www.ccpmug.org/. See YOU at the next event!

Good thing? You mean bad thing, right? Unless you are happy that you're unable to make it...

Well, if you ever find yourself vacationing near the end of a month in Philadelphia, you are more then welceom to join us and I'd love to meet you in person!

We ARE an Apple-Recognized user group! I simply would like to tell others about us since we are fairly new.

And you're welcome to do so. Well you already did. I guess the urge of users to tell you that they don't live there or that there are other user groups around the world stems from the fact that they, well, live in other parts of the world. macosx.com is not only nationwide, it's worldwide. I, for one, live in Switzerland and certainly won't come to this "September to Remember!!" with two exclamation marks.

Either way: The links to other user groups are certainly a welcome addition to this (thre)ad.

And I certainly welcome them as well. As for you living in Switzerland, you definitely have an open invitation if you find yourself in Philadelphia.
