| 27. August 00:30 CET When writing this, I'm on a train on my way back from a Final Cut Pro seminar and user group meeting in Oslo. It's been absolutely great. I've met and talked to Kevin Miller, Product Marketing Manager for Apple Europe and Arne Odden, leader for Apple Norway. And, beyond my expectations, we were shown the first G5 unit in Norway and I even got to try it after the show was over ![]() I got a lot from the product presentations, learned a few new tricks and I'm more eager than even to receive my copy of FCP.. the only reseller offering student discounts had no copies left, but is expecting a new shipment within this week. And I met a lot of great people ![]() My first Apple event ever, and I guess it made a good warm-up for the Apple Expo, Paris. A highly recommended experience

Fun stuff. How was the G5? I'm hoping to go to MWSF next year, since it's in San Francisco and I'll be able to take time off from class to go (can't do that in high school very easily). When the time comes, I suggest somebody arrange a meeting spot for all the MOX.com'ers to meet up. That would be tyte!
