mb pro 17" will not sleep in XP

hey all - i've been searching around for the solution to this problem but havent had any luck as yet. my 17" macbook pro runs XP just fine using bootcamp but i CANNOT get her to sleep or dim the screen or use any of the (admittedly lack luster) power management features of XP. needless to say - i'm not diggin it. anyone have any advice?
thanks in advance,
bennett

Solved it - here's the link to the program for any who need it:

BTW - this is an invisible background app - it will simply enable the few power management features within XP (via the Power CP and Screensaver options), plus it gives you a few options for switching certain devices on and off manually.
took me a few minutes to stop double clicking the icon and figure this all out!
cheers all.
