Ahhh Stuck in Windows

Hey Friends I really need help. I just started up off my windows XP drive to on my MacBook Pro. I searched a few web pages and went back to the control panel to restart to OSX. It says that I "error occured, you might not have the admin privlidges"

I don't know windows at all. I tried restarting and it still says it. I don't know how to get back to my OSX software and drive. Is there a manual way to do this during the re-start. I am stuck in the boring windows world

If you need to get back to OS X, restart and the moment you hear the Mac startup chime, hold down the Option key. You'll then be presented with the "option" to select either to boot to OS X (usually shown as the name of the hard drive in OS X, like "Macintosh HD" for instance), or Windows.
