trashing parallels

Yep, me again!

OK, I downloaded a trial of parallels, but because I also need windows xp, I have trashed it. Well tried to. I can't empty the trash now because it keeps saying that 'pvsnatd is in use'. I dragged it out onto the desktop, but I still can't trash parallels. Am I stuck with it forever?

The shared networking in Parallels is now implemented as a NAT service and that the service is called pvsnatd.

Check Activity Monitor, if it's there, quit from that menu.

Oh go on then, you've been very patient and helpful as well (cracks a Budweiser - the real one, and slides along to Viro)
