HELP! cant install driver cd

When i go to install the macintosh drivers cd it installs a couple of items then says "Fatal Error occured" then it wont install anything... what do i do?

You posted earlier that bootcamp was refusing to partition your drive because of a verification error....
Did you run the Disk Utility as posted there? Were any errors found and repaired?
If you did not do that, and the partition suddenly worked anyway, then you may still have a problem.
If you formatted the partition as NTFS when installing Windows, you won't be able to repair that now from the OS X Disk Utility (which is not designed to repair NTFS).
I would be nervous with a Fatal Error on a fresh Windows install, but you could try booting to the Windows installer disk, and run the windows repair option. If you get errors there, then you should delete the Windows partition (through Boot Camp), and create the Windows partition again, and re-install WinXP. I would not simply reinstall Windows, as you may have problems on the hard drive. I trust that you have no files yet in Windows that you need to save.
BE SURE to run Disk Utility booted to your OS X install DVD after reverting back to one partition, and before trying to reinstall Windows.

Yes i did everything to get it to partion the hdd... that went good... but when i got windows installed and tried to put the drivers on it would not let me finish the installation.

Did you try more than once? the drivers installation sometimes simply fails, and you just try again. I had one Mac that would slightly change the drivers on each install, and I did three before all drivers loaded. Are you following the instructions in the BootCamp guide for the drivers install?
such as:

Follow the onscreen instructions.
If a message appears that says the software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing, click Continue Anyway.
Windows that appear only briefly during the installation don’t require your input.
If nothing appears to be happening, there may be a hidden window that you must respond to. Check the taskbar and look behind open windows.
Important: Do not click the Cancel button in any of the installer dialogs.

I have installed WinXP on maybe 30 Macs, and the drivers install is the part that gives the most trouble. Best advice is: try again... I have had to remove the Windows partition a couple of times, and start completely again. Once, had to completely restore the Mac partition, too.
DWA ! (Darn Windows, anyway ) I'm an Apple specialist, and what am I doing installing all this Windows crap? (sigh...)

I am also having trouble with the drivers on my windows installation... Here is a run-through of my windows "experience":

1. I create a 20 gig partition for windows
2. I insert the windows CD and click "start installation".
3. After rebooting and pressing enter, F8, enter, I choose the Windows partition.
4. I choose NTFS (quick) formatting, and it formats.
5. Windows installs.
6. At the very end of the installation, the installation screen is replaced by a solid block of teal, and the mouse and keyboard both become unresponsive.
7. After doing a hard reboot, I boot into Windows just fine.
8. I insert my drivers CD and try to install.
9. At the ATI driver and the Apple keyboard driver, it complains about the lack of signature validation or whatever it was. I press on.
10. after these two, it comes with another warning like the last two, but with no program specified in the header. It just says "The software you are trying to install..."
11. When I press to install this anyway, the installer says "rolling back action:" and then it crashes with a 1603 error message.
12. I repeat the installation. Same result.
13. I reboot and repeat. Same result twice over.
14. I repartition, burn a new driver CD and reinstall windows, this time with a FAT32 file system. Same exact results as the previous installation.
15. Now, when I try to get into the bootable installer on the CD to attempt to repair the Windows installation, the keyboard is completely unresponsive and won't let me choose anything...
    
    So what do I do? Sorry this was so long, but I thought I'd be as detailed as possible... I can't seem to find anyone with the same exact problem as what I have. What am I doing wrong?

I have a major screen problem, I have lost one colour, leaving that crisp blue mac screen a mess of colour that has left it unreadable. I installed boot camp for windows xp. Everything was going well until i installed the mac drivers. I had a fatal error message that occurred in relation to my graphics card. I quit the install to see if I could find any upgrades for the graphics card. I opened windows a couple of times, but without when i closed xp, even with no programs running I had the message that windows had experienced errors, and had to use ther end now button on the screen to get xp to shut down. I had already partitioned my hard drive before the install so I weas just selecting the destination for xp. I also had the problem of my mac opening on xp, and not recognizing osx. I decided to formatt the hard drive and start over, removing the partition. My screen was fine while installng the first install cd, but as it was initializing, just before the restart my screen went funny. I am using the 15.4inch 2.16dual core intel. I know there have been problems with boot camp, but I haven't come across anyone who has had a screen problem, I get a feeling something has gone wrong withh my graphics card. Damn this windows.

You can do some testing of your MacBookPro, by inserting your install DVD, and holding the D key after a restart. That will boot to the Apple Hardware Test. Run that test, and check for any error messages.

You should also make sure that you have Windows XP with SP2. The Apple drivers CD only supports that version.
