| Back and defrag before installing BootCamp and XP? I have a MacBook Pro and wondered if I should install the Bootcamp if I have been using my Laptop since March? So far I have the following: 53Gb Utilised 39Gb Free Do I need to find a way to defrag the data before I do any installation? I also heard it requires a new partition. Will this cause loss of data when I create a new partition? Many Thanks Michael |

| No need to defrag. Go ahead and install BootCamp. It will do it's thing for creating the Windows partition. You might want to take a look at Parallels Desktop before installing BootCamp.
