Angry BootCamp ATI driver failure and system reboot

Hi,
I've an iMac Core Duo (early version) with BootCamp (1.1.2) and XP SP2 installed.
Sometimes, when I'm playing with a 3d games (almost all games I've tried, after 5-10 mins), the screen becomes black and the system auto reboot itself.

Does anyone have the same problem?
Did anyone try other video drivers than those installed with bootcamp?
Regards
Gualtiero - Italy

Talking

ok.
I've found the explation and I'm going to leave a post, if anyone in the future will have the same problem.
The problem is in a memory bank. It's bad.
Pulling it off, the iMac works fine and doesn't reboot at all.
