If your MacBook has a Core 2 Duo processor which is 64-bit (not the Core Duo which is 32-bit), then theoretically you should be able to install Vista Ultimate x64 using Boot Camp. I haven't played with the latest version of Boot Camp so I'm not absolutely sure, but in theory it should work if the MacBook meets the above requirements.

"Boot Camp supports the most popular 32-bit releases of Windows XP and Windows Vista." http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/bootcamp.html
However, http://gizmodo.com/347248/leopard-bo...-vista-support and http://www.tech.co.uk/computing/mac/...eid=1420024148 (but those are rumors).

Vista 64 is supported on Mac Pros so it might work on other machines as well. It currently work very well on my new mac pro.
