Sysprep breaks BootCamp / Windows XP

Ok, would be so great if I could get this fixed in the next day as this is all the time I have to fix this.

When we run sysprep, on a boot up asks for the computer's name, restarts then starts to boot, then a quick flash of the blue crash screen then restarts where it will do this cycle until the computer is turned off.

Right now I'm working on an iMac Silver Core 2 Duo. Both OS's are fully updated.

All help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks "Giaguara". I had already gone through this page and looked over the MS page here as well that is found on the bombich site.
