Installing Windows XP from Parallels to VMWare Fusion

I have Windows XP installed on Parallels on my Apple but I have installed VMWare Fusion as well because The Sims 2 games are incompatible with Parallels. However, I recently moved and can't find my Windows XP disk anywhere...is there a way to move or copy it from Parallels to VMWare Fusion?

I highly recommend doing an "uninstall" of the Parallels tools in the virtual machine with Parallels before conversion, otherwise you'll never be able to remove the Parallels tools (well, that's an overstatement, but it's more trouble than it's worth).
