Running a webserver inside Vista Parallels - Mac Access?

thanks for your help in advance.

i am running the coldfusion website application server on http://localhost:8500 on vista inside parallels, however, the same url does not connect when run on the mac. i tried the hostname of the vista virtual machine, but that doesnt work either. i also tried configuring the VM to share the ColdFusion Application Server service(?) but there was nothing related to that.
