[FIXED] Question Form - System Profile Builder

I will be asking for volunteers to help with inputting information into our database to support our new "smart" system profile builder (at least for Macs) and this part will be disabled (Step 4) during the question asking process for the time being.

In addition, the System Profile Builder feature under "My Accounts" is inactive for the time being.
