[FIXED] Some questions in open list don't belong there

There are questions in the open list with Expired in red in the list.

Should they be there or is this from the move to the new site code?

It looks like you adjusted the other problem I was going to report about a ticket already assigned to a tech but listed in the open questions section.

Cheryl, I believe Open Questions that have been "Answered" are questions that have been Reopened. If it is not showing them as Reopened questions (ie with the Reopened Icon) then that is a bug.

Actually, none of them had the Reopened icon. I know that there are a few reopened questions in the list, but none of them show the Reopened icon.

Okay... well, because of some bugs in 2.0 Code... replies generated via 2.0 by Techs screwed up ticket assignments. The "Reopen" Tag is now working correctly, along with Comment tags... HOWEVER... because of the screwup, some REOPEN tickets are not really REOPEN tickets. They should be assigned to the tech of last response. Either way, I believe this issue is now fixed moving forward.

To get your tickets back, just reply to those tickets and they will be correctly assigned to you.
