| [FIXED] Question in beta site but not in running site Scott, I have a question that is showing in the Active Questions in beta that is not showing on my ticket list or the active questions list in the running site. http://beta.macosx.com/tech-support/...ine/26911.html I can not respond to the question either. | We lost about 10 hours worth of tickets and status a day or two ago, I posted something on this. However, responses would still be intact. If you responded to a question but its still in OPEN status, it just didn't get assigned to you. Send me a list of tickets that need to be assigned to you and I can updated it. |
