Question not showing in Open Questions

Question not showing in Open Questions

Hi, I posted a question (#28327) "Transferring databases new server" and though it shows in my own 'my questions' list, it doesn't show in 'open questions'. I had posted one prior to that, (Transferring MySQL databases to new server) and in another forum it was suggested that 'sql' in the title might be causing a problem, so I posted one without that in, but still it is not showing.

Hope someone can shed some light on this.
