Unable to see my questions in tech area

Hi, I have posted a question, http://macosx.com/tech-support/subjecthere/28387.html
"transferring sql databases to new server"

It doesn't get any replies and I am unable to see it at all in the questions section (tech area). Also I posted a question about it in "Software Programming & Web Scripting" forum but that didn't show up either. I don't know what else to do but try again. I posted the question 4 times now, and still no go. All seems to work fine when I answer others' questions, but not when I post them. Is it possible to do both with the same account?
