DivOverflow scrolling with anchors ????

I have a fixed size html page that uses DivOverflow to create a scrollable text area within the page. The client now wants to add an FAQ section using the same method.

Is it possible to use anchors with DivOverflow so that links at the top of the scrollable section link to text hidden further down the page?
